Notice is hereby given that the City of Lovington adopted the following captioned ordinance at its regular meeting on September 9, 2024 at 5:30 p.m., in the Commission Chambers of Lovington City Hall, 214 S. Love Street, Lovington, New Mexico to wit: Ordinance 607: An Ordinance of the City of Lovington amending Title 13.12 – Water Rates, Billing and Collection The Ordinance may be examined by any interested person during regular business hours at the office of the City Clerk at City Hall or on the City website at www.lovington.org.
